Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under GDPR Art. 17.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your S.C.A.L.A. account.
3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and personal information
• All CRM contacts, deals, and tasks you created
• AI conversation history and generated content
• SARA WhatsApp pairing and message history
• Uploaded documents and files
• Billing and subscription data (retained only as required by law)

Processing Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 calendar days as required by GDPR. In exceptional cases, we may extend this by up to 60 additional days, in which case we will notify you.
