By using S.C.A.L.A. AI OS you agree to the following terms.
S.C.A.L.A. AI OS is a multi-vertical SaaS platform providing CRM, process automation, AI agent (SARA), and business intelligence tools for small and medium businesses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person or legal entity.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices: SARA (EUR 9.90/month), Growth (EUR 97/month), Scale (EUR 197/month), Enterprise (custom). Prices may change with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Growth features. No credit card required. At trial end, continued access requires a paid plan (Growth, Scale, or Enterprise).
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
AI features are provided "as-is". AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs. AI credits are included per plan and additional credits can be purchased.
SARA can connect to WhatsApp through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) or through the WAHA bridge, a connection method that is not provided or endorsed by Meta. We support both. Meta may charge fees for messages sent through its official API; these fees are not included in the plan price. You are responsible for compliance with the WhatsApp Business Terms and applicable messaging laws, and for having a legal basis (for example consent) for any message you send to people who have not written to you first.
SOLO SARA connects to WhatsApp through the WAHA bridge by scanning a QR code. This is NOT an official Meta/WhatsApp integration and is not endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. Using it may breach the WhatsApp Terms of Service: WhatsApp may suspend or ban the connected number at any time and without notice, and, except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for that. We do not guarantee the continuity or availability of the WhatsApp channel. We strongly recommend a dedicated number, not your primary business number. SOLO SARA is designed to reply to people who write to you first; do not use it for bulk or unsolicited messages. You are the data controller of your clients' data and we act as processor under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
You must not: use the service for illegal purposes, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed fair use rate limits.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
The service is provided "as-is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Milan, Italy.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
