Terms of Service

By using S.C.A.L.A. AI OS you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

S.C.A.L.A. AI OS is a multi-vertical SaaS platform providing CRM, process automation, AI assistant (SARA), and business intelligence tools for small and medium businesses.

Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person or legal entity.

Pricing & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices: Starter (free), Growth (EUR 97/month), Scale (EUR 197/month), Enterprise (custom). Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of Growth features. No credit card required. At trial end, the account reverts to the Starter (free) plan.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time in standard formats.

AI Usage

AI features are provided "as-is". AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs. AI credits are included per plan and additional credits can be purchased.

SARA WhatsApp

SARA WhatsApp integration requires your own WhatsApp Business number. You are responsible for compliance with WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and applicable messaging laws.

Acceptable Use

You must not: use the service for illegal purposes, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed fair use rate limits.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Milan, Italy.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
