How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Include end date do?
By default the end date is excluded (Monday to Wednesday = 2). Checking it makes the count inclusive (= 3), useful for hotel stays or rental periods.
Does it count public holidays as business days?
Currently only Saturdays and Sundays are excluded. Public holidays vary by country and are not subtracted. Subtract your local holidays manually for precise payroll.
What if start is after end date?
The calculator automatically swaps the dates so the earlier one comes first, then shows the absolute difference.
